DECC loses Feed-In Tariff appeal

In December 2011 the High Court found the proposed changes to the Feed-In Tariff to be 'unlawful'. On Wednesday 25th January 2012 DECC lost their appeal against this ruling in The Court of Appeal. This means that, subject to any further appeal to the Supreme Court, new installations completed before 3rd March 2012 will receive the Feed-In Tariff of 43.3p per kWh generated guaranteed for the next 25 years.
